Kaufman Dolowich’s Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions Practice Team is comprised of highly skilled practitioners located across all of our office locations.  Through insurance carriers and direct representation, each professional liability lawyer is prepared to represent a broad range of individual professionals, firms and other entities in defending claims arising from the performance of their duties.
