Overview
Yuxuan Irene Cai concentrates her practice on professional liability, defending a broad range of professionals, including attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, and real estate professionals, against allegations of errors, omissions, malpractice, and negligence. She represents businesses, individuals, and their insurers in claims involving alleged violations of professional and ethical standards.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Cai handled insurance defense litigation at a regional law firm. She also served as in-house counsel for leading technology companies, where she advised on commercial, privacy, artificial intelligence, biometrics, antitrust, export controls, and employment matters.
Ms. Cai is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
