Overview

Mr. Howard focuses his practice on labor and employment law as well as professional liability matters.

Mr. Howard represents employers in a broad range of disputes, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and matters arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

In his professional liability practice, Mr. Howard defends individuals and organizations against claims involving malpractice, misrepresentation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Mr. Howard began his legal career with Kaufman Dolowich as a law clerk. While in law school, he gained experience at a firm handling medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
