Jesse Drawas

Overview

Jesse Drawas focuses his practice on general liability, catastrophic claims, bad faith, professional liability, insurance coverage, and employment law. His work includes analyzing, advising on, and litigating matters involving claims handling, bodily injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, and wrongful death.

In addition to his litigation and trial experience, Mr. Drawas conducts pre-suit liability investigations, evaluates claims, and advises clients on risk mitigation to help them assess their options and pursue effective resolutions. He provides strategic counsel and trial representation to directors and officers (D&O), attorneys, and homeowners associations (HOAs) in defending against claims alleging professional errors and omissions. He also defends employers in disputes involving alleged workplace discrimination and wage and hour violations. Additionally, Mr. Drawas has represented manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in products liability claims involving industrial equipment and consumer products.

Mr. Drawas emphasizes strategic investigation, thorough analysis, and risk mitigation to help clients evaluate their options and achieve effective resolutions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Drawas has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal litigation throughout Florida.
