Jesse Drawas

Overview

Jesse Drawas is a partner that focuses his practice on the areas of general liability, catastrophic claims, bad faith, professional liability, and insurance coverage. This includes his analysis, counsel, and litigation of matters regarding claim handling, bodily injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, and wrongful death claims. In addition to his litigation and trial experience, Mr. Drawas participates in pre-suit liability investigation, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation of risk to help clients better evaluate their options and pursue effective resolution opportunities when possible.

Mr. Drawas also provides both strategic counsel and jury trial service to directors and officers, lawyers, and homeowner associations, in defense of alleged professional errors and omissions. He defends employers in disputes involving alleged workplace discrimination and wage and hour disputes. Additionally, Mr. Drawas has represented manufacturers, distributors and retailers with regard to product liability claims involving industrial equipment and consumer products.

His clients enjoy his strategic investigation, diligence, analysis, evaluation, and the mitigation of risk to help them best evaluate their options and pursue effective resolution opportunities when possible.

During his career, Mr. Drawas has represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout Florida, including state and federal litigation.
