Overview
Adam Casner concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, employment law, and professional liability. He represents clients in state and federal court, and in administrative hearings.
He provides strategic counsel on complex matters including commercial partnership disputes and municipal law and advises planning and zoning boards on all aspects of the Municipal Land Use Law.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Casner advised clients on civil litigation matters, corporate governance, real estate transactions, and cannabis industry licensing and compliance. During law school Mr. Casner served as a judicial law clerk in the Law Division, Civil Part in Newark, NJ, in the Essex County Historic Courthouse, as well as interned for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
