Overview
Associate Gabrielle Talvacchia focuses her practice on employment litigation.
She defends employer clients in all areas of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual assault, and wage and hour violations. She represents employers in federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings in federal, state and local human relations agencies. Ms. Talvacchia also provides guidance to employers concerning day-to-day employment issues, including employment policies, disability issues, employment and severance agreements, workplace investigations, employee discipline, and compliance with federal, state and local laws. She also provides anti-discrimination and sexual harassment training.
In addition, Ms. Talvacchia’s professional liability work includes handling claims asserted against homeowner associations, officers and directors, and other professionals.
During law school, Ms. Talvacchia served as a judicial extern for Judge Ann Marie Donio, U. S. Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. She was a member of her law school’s Moot Court Board, Women’s Law Caucus and was a teaching assistant for two classes.
