Overview
Nicole DiMaggio focuses her practice on general liability, professional liability and insurance defense matters. She represents clients in property and casualty claims, including those involving alleged negligence, and advises insurance carriers on first- and third-party coverage issues, including conducting coverage analyses in connection with a range of claims.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. DiMaggio worked at a regional law firm, where she assisted in the defense of insured clients in civil litigation matters, including personal injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, and general liability claims.
During law school, Ms. DiMaggio served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Craig A. Ambrose, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, where she drafted legal orders and memoranda, conducted legal research, and assisted in preparing court-issued orders.
