Overview

Labeed A. Choudhry is a civil litigator that focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, professional liability, and real property disputes. He  litigates cases on behalf of his clients which include matters of breach of contract, fraud, and business shareholder disputes.

He  provides counsel and litigation representation to commercial landlords in tenant disputes in both State and Federal Courts, from inception to conclusion, including trials and appeals. Mr. Choudhry also provides counsel to his clients on financial matters such as foreclosure and bankruptcy matters and represents them through litigation. Additionally, Mr. Choudhry defends clients in accusations of professional negligence and misconduct.

Previously, Mr. Choudhry practiced with a West Palm Beach, FL, law firm, and as a solo practitioner serving small businesses with legal counsel by reviewing contracts, advising on employment issues and contracts, and helping to ensure corporate compliance.
