Overview
George Flynn focuses his practice on professional liability.
Mr. Flynn defends a broad range of professionals including accountants, insurance agents and brokers, medical and real estate professionals, actuaries, attorneys, homeowners associations (HOAs), property managers and policyholders. Mr. Flynn also defends in tort and commercial actions, before the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC), and before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
Additionally, Mr. Flynn has numerous years of experience defending clients from allegations of discrimination, harassment, and in individual and class action claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), and the Chicago Commission on Human Relations (CCHR).
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Flynn practiced at several Chicago law firms, where he also defended cases involving professional liability, products liability, personal injury, and construction litigation.
