Overview
Nicholas Gennaro concentrates his practice on employment, general liability, and professional liability.
He defends employers against claims involving discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, and provides counsel on employment matters. In his liability practice, Mr. Gennaro defends insurers and professionals in matters involving bad faith, negligence, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Gennaro defended insurance companies in a variety of litigation matters. He also worked as a law clerk at law firms and insurance companies, handling liability matters and real estate cases. During law school, he served as a law clerk at his university’s law clinic, Treasurer of the Asian/Pacific American Law Student Association, and Senior Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal.
