Overview
Nicholas Gennaro concentrates his law practice in employment, general liability, and professional liability.
He defends employers in claims of alleged discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions, and provides counsel on employment matters. In his liability work, Mr. Gennaro defends insurers and professionals in various claims including bad faith, negligence, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich Mr. Gennaro defended insurance companies in a variety of litigation matters. He also worked as a law clerk at both law firms and insurance companies, handling liability matters and real estate cases. During law school, Mr. Gennaro served as a law clerk for his university’s law clinic, Treasurer of the Asian/Pacific American Law Student Association, and Senior Editor on the Intellectual Property Law Journal.
