Overview
Courtney Alleyne concentrates her practice on professional liability matters, representing lawyers, insurance brokers, real estate professionals, accountants, and other professionals and their firms in civil disputes. Ms. Alleyne defends claims involving the provision of professional services, including allegations of negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. She also counsels clients on strategies to protect their professional interests and reputations.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Alleyne represented clients in professional liability, labor and employment, and premises liability matters. Her experience also includes counseling clients on intellectual property and entertainment matters.
