Linda’s experience includes commercial general liability, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, trucking accidents, products liability, habitability claims, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction defect and real estate-related matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Linda practiced at a national law firm, where she focused on commercial general liability claims and related litigation, including carrier-insured defense work.
