Serena A. Miranda

Overview

Serena A. Miranda focuses her practice on professional liability and employment law. In her professional liability practice, she represents lawyers, insurance brokers, real estate professionals and accountants, among other professionals, in defense of civil and disciplinary matters. In her employment practice, she represents employers in litigation and advisory matters, including workplace investigations, compliance issues, employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.

Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Miranda practiced at a boutique New Jersey law firm representing employers in labor and employment matters. She also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable William Anklowitz, J.S.C., in the Mercer County Superior Court, where she also mediated disputes. Ms. Miranda is certified as a mediator in New Jersey and New York.
