Overview
Giuseppe Bivona, Jr. handles a range of general litigation matters, including labor and employment defense, professional liability, maritime, and commercial disputes. He supports clients through the various stages of litigation and collaborates with attorneys across multiple disciplines.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Bivona served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anthony R. Suarez, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, where he also mediated landlord-tenant disputes.
