Overview
Giuseppe Bivona handles a range of general litigation matters, including labor and employment defense, professional liability, maritime, and commercial disputes. He supports clients through the various stages of litigation and collaborates with attorneys across multiple disciplines.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Bivona served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Anthony R. Saurez, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Bergen County Superior Court, where he also mediated disputes including landlord-tenant matters.
