Louie Castoria, Partner, Chair Emeritus of Professional Liability Practice Group, & Coordinator for KD’s Appellate Team, wrote an article for The Daily Journal about legal malpractice in their August 19, 2021 issue. One excerpt is as follows: “legal malpractice claims are most often caused by failures to communicate and can be avoided by successful two-way communication. We all know this in our legal bones. Even with the  best of communications between client and attorney, legal malpractice cases will be filed.”
