Overview
Jade Armstrong focuses her practice on labor and employment and professional liability matters.
In her labor and employment practice, Ms. Armstrong assists with matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and claims arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Ms. Armstrong also assists with professional liability matters involving professionals and their firms, including claims concerning negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Ms. Armstrong began her legal career with Kaufman Dolowich as a Law Clerk. Prior to joining the firm, she gained legal experience through internships with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and a national law firm. She holds a certificate in Dispute Resolution.
