Of Counsel attorney Jeremiah Harvey focuses his practice in professional liability defending professionals’ licenses and careers.
Mr. Harvey defends clients throughout the State of California against allegations arising from claims of professional negligence and alleged breach of their duties. He represents clients in disciplinary hearings and other proceedings before state agencies and regulatory boards. His clients include lawyers, real estate professionals, accountants and actuaries, and architects and engineers.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Harvey worked as a defense litigator routinely defending businesses and individual clients in products liability, premises liability, toxic tort, construction, and general litigation matters. He also has experience defending clients in class-action wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, Business & Professions Code section 17200, breach of contract, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and real property litigation.
