Overview
John Simon concentrates his practice on professional liability.
He represents attorneys in legal malpractice matters, as well as other professionals, including insurance brokers, in claims involving negligence, fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
His previous experience includes working at a large national law firm, where he focused on motor vehicle, premises liability and products liability cases. Earlier in his career, he served as in-house counsel at a major insurance company, where he gained significant trial experience and obtained several defense verdicts. His broader litigation experience spans all phases of litigation, including depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations and trial.
