PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

At Kaufman Dolowich, we value teamwork above all else.  As a result, we have worked hard to establish a culture that promotes collaboration and emphasizes the importance of mentoring our junior associates.  As part of our commitment to the development of our attorneys, the firm’s partners are required to dedicate a specific amount of hours annually to “hands on” associate mentoring.
