Our firm committed to reaching this goal last year, as one of 160 firms that participated in the 5.0 certification process. 2022 is the fourth consecutive year Kaufman Dolowich has reached a Mansfield benchmark, a testament to our commitment to diversity and inclusion. In 2021, Kaufman Dolowich was one of 118 firms to achieve Mansfield Certification 4.0. In 2020, Kaufman Dolowich was one of 100 firms to achieve Mansfield 3.0 Certification, and in 2019 Kaufman Dolowich was one of 64 firms to achieve Mansfield 2.0 Certification. Our firm is participating in the Mansfield Rule 4.0 certification program to further enhance diversity among its leadership.
