Overview
Kaitlin Principato focuses her practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment law.
She defends clients in commercial litigation cases in a variety of matters including partnership and shareholder disputes, and directors’ and officers’ claims. Additionally, Ms. Principato represents clients facing a range of employment matter allegations.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano in the Civil Law Division of the Superior Court of Bergen County.
During law school, Ms. Principato worked as a law clerk with Kaufman Dolowich. Ms. Principato also worked as a student attorney in the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice within the Equal Justice Clinic, representing the civil and constitutional rights of incarcerated clients. She also served as an intern for both the Superior Court of Rockland County, Family Law Division and Superior Court of Bergen County, Criminal Law Division.
