Overview
John Deagon focuses his practice on professional liability, employment law, and general liability defense.
Mr. Deagon defends professionals against claims of negligence and breach of duty. In his employment defense practice, he represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. His general liability practice includes representing insurance companies in premises liability and first- and third-party bodily injury matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Deagon practiced civil defense litigation at California law firms, representing private-sector corporate clients in high-exposure matters and a range of public-sector clients. His experience includes jury trials and criminal litigation.
