Overview
John Deagon is an experienced litigator focusing his practice on employment law, professional liability, and general liability.
Mr. Deagon defends professionals a range of professionals against disputes and allegations of negligence and breach of duty. In his employment defense practice, he represents employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Mr. Deagon’s general liability work includes representing insurance companies in premises, and in first and third- party injury matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Deagon served at California law firms as a civil defense litigator serving corporate clients in the private sector, in high-exposure cases, and a variety of public sector clients including jury trials. Additionally, he has experience in criminal matters.
