Overview
Thomas Wallace concentrates his practice in professional liability and commercial litigation.
In his professional liability practice, Mr. Wallace defends professionals including accountants, directors and officers, and lawyers in negligence and breach of duty claims.
His commercial and corporate litigation work includes representing a range of businesses and individuals in business disputes, contracts and business formation, shareholder actions, and land and property actions.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Wallace litigated a variety of cases through all stages of trial and appeals, including matters before the Delaware Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wallace has provided counsel on business disputes, construction litigation, insurance claims, guardianship, trusts, and personal injury. He served law firms in Delaware and Pennsylvania and has continued to serve as a court appointed attorney ad litem in Delaware’s Court of Chancery for the past seven years.
