Overview
Devin Martinez focuses her practice on a variety of general litigation matters, including labor and employment defense, professional liability, maritime, and commercial disputes. She assists with all phases of the litigation process and works closely with clients and colleagues to address a variety of legal issues.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Martinez served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano in the Bergen County Superior Court, where she assisted with complex procedural and substantive issues involving prerogative writs, multicounty litigation, and Mt. Laurel matters.
