Posted Feb 19, 2026

Kaufman Dolowich’s addition of seven attorneys from McGlinchey Stafford was featured in insideARM, an industry news source for executives in collections and recovery. Led by Partner Chantel Wonder, the group includes Partner Kim Israel, Partner Michael Marcelli, Partner Sean Sullivan, Of Counsel Christopher Bolduc, Of Counsel Jordan Goldfarb and Associate Thomas Wisecarver. Their practice areas largely focus on consumer financial services, employment defense, and insurance coverage.

“Keeping our team together was a top priority for us,” Ms. Wonder noted in the article. “Kaufman Dolowich was recommended as a potential landing spot for our team by several clients that we share. As I learned more about Kaufman Dolowich, it became clear that it is a great fit for our team.

Further, she added that KD is “well positioned to support the mix of practice areas we serve, and once we met the Kaufman Dolowich team, we also knew it was a strong cultural fit. The firm offers a national footprint that will serve our clients interests well and is a highly respected name in the insurance industry, which made the decision an easy one.”

Richard J. Perr, Co-Chair of KD’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, in welcoming the group, said: “As consumer financial services litigation continues to grow more complex and more aggressive, having seasoned litigators with deep industry knowledge is critical. This team brings the experience and judgment to deliver practical, business-focused solutions on a national scale, and shared clients with Chantel and the team have expressed how pleased they are to see them join Kaufman Dolowich.”

Abbye Alexander, Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Orlando office, was equally enthusiastic, noting, “This group will be extremely beneficial to expanding several of our current practice areas while strengthening our ability to support existing clients. Their experience also positions the firm to continue growing into new markets and more nuanced areas of practice.”

Bruce Liebman, Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Florida offices, concurred, adding, “we are excited to bring in this new group to the firm and look forward to energizing our team even further and introducing our new partners to our clients and meeting their clients. This is a win-win-win for Kaufman Dolowich, this group and most importantly for all our clients.”
