Overview
Thomas Wisecarver focuses his practice on employment defense and insurance defense.
Mr. Wisecarver represents third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims, managing cases from compensability issues through settlement and file closure. He also handles transportation-related litigation involving trucking and automobile accidents and first party property damage claims including hurricane and storm related damage.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Wisecarver practiced at a national firm in employment and insurance defense. He previously served as an Extern in the Civil Litigation Division of the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office and as an Intern for Hon. Martin L.C. Feldman and Hon. Jay C. Zainey of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.
