Christopher Bolduc

Overview

Christopher Bolduc focuses his practice on insurance defense and consumer financial services.

Mr. Bolduc handles first- and third-party insurance claims, homeowners’ association (HOA) and landlord-tenant disputes, construction defect and performance claims, and other contractual and commercial matters.

He also represents agencies and creditors in matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), defending against individual and class action claims under federal and state consumer protection laws.

Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Bolduc served as of counsel at a national defense firm, where he focused on consumer financial services and insurance coverage. He also worked with the Clerk of Courts in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit and volunteered with the Veterans Law Institute, providing pro bono counsel to service members and their families in Tampa.
