Overview
Christopher Bolduc focuses his practice on insurance defense and consumer financial services
Mr. Bolduc’s insurance defense practice includes handling first and third-party claims, homeowners’ association (HOA) and landlord/tenant disputes, construction defect and performance claims, and other contractual and commercial matters.
Mr. Bolduc’s also represents agencies and creditors in matters under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), defending against individual and class-action claims under federal and state consumer protection laws.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Bolduc was of counsel at a national defense firm focusing on consumer financial services and insurance coverage. He also worked with the Clerk of Courts in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit and volunteered with the Veteran’s Law Institute, providing pro bono counsel to service members and their families in Tampa.
