Kaufman Dolowich Expands Its Footprint Into Delaware: Loren Barron Joins as Office Managing Partner, 1-23-2024

(Jan. 23, 2024, Wilmington, Del.) — Kaufman Dolowich, a leading national law firm, today announced the opening of its Wilmington, Del., office and the addition of professional liability attorney Loren Barron, who will serve as the Wilmington office managing partner. The new Kaufman Dolowich office is located at 222 Delaware Avenue in Wilmington.

A native of Delaware, Barron’s statewide reputation precedes her; named a “Top Lawyer” in Legal Malpractice in Delaware Today for the past six years and an executive committee member of the Delaware State Bar Association, she is a highly regarded local attorney. Barron is well known for her professional liability defense work and continues to expand her directors & officers liability and errors and omissions defense work. She also has a great deal of experience handling insurance coverage disputes, employment law, commercial litigation, bad faith litigation, general liability and medical malpractice matters.

Barron received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Fla., and her B.A. in English Literature, magna cum laude, from the University of Delaware. She is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, and is a past recipient of the Mary C. Boudart Award for professional excellence for contributions to the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
