Ryan Turner

Overview

Partner Ryan Turner focuses his practice in professional liability, representing insurance carriers and their insureds in domestic and international complex risk management defense.

Mr. Turner manages professional liability programs and defends his clients in directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, financial and first-party coverage, and health care liability. His work includes coverage analysis for insurance carriers, reinsurers, and their insurers, risk retention groups, and captive insurers. Mr. Turner also defends coverage disputes and within specialty lines for attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers, and a range of professionals.

His experience in the London, England marketplace provides him with a deep understanding of risk and profitability considerations that London-based insurance carriers rely on when underwriting and reinsuring new and existing policies and programs. He monitors the coverage litigation and arbitration environments for London-based clients, throughout the U.S.

Mr. Turner’s extensive knowledge of clients’ risk environments and revenue streams allows him to provide custom policy counsel, assist clients in  developing and implementing new insurance products.
