Peter Cusumano

Overview

Peter Cusumano focuses his practice on construction law, commercial litigation, and professional liability.

He represents clients involving public and private improvement litigation for property developers, general contractors, architects and engineers, subcontractors, independent contractors, suppliers, and design professionals.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Cusumano was an attorney with a New York law firm handling general liability defense matters including automobile and bodily injury claims. Earlier, he worked in construction law, environmental, and property law, and prior, served as a legal intern on a healthcare legal defense team. Before attending law school, he succeeded in business sales at supply and technology companies.
