Lisa Fitzpatrick focuses her practice on transactional law, business and corporate law, and real estate.
Ms. Fitzpatrick represents individuals and business entities in a range of matters, including business formations and transactions, contracts, mergers, joint ventures, financing, leases, corporate restructuring, and dispute resolution. In her real estate practice, she advises clients on due diligence, valuation, regulatory compliance, zoning, land use, development, rezoning, and dispute risk mitigation.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Fitzpatrick served as Expert Counsel, Legal and Business Affairs at Mattel Inc.; Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at MGM Television; and Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at Telemundo. She also has experience working at and with national law firms on civil litigation, bankruptcy, acquisitions, business contracts and torts, employment matters, and intellectual property matters.
