Henry Norwood represents clients in a range of law practice areas and industries, from coast to coast. Mr. Norwood concentrates his work in healthcare and managed care law, insurance coverage, ERISA, general liability, commercial litigation, professional liability, employment law, and cyber litigation. He is admitted to practice in California, Florida, Maine, and Massachusetts.
Mr. Norwood defends private businesses, insurance carriers and individuals in various managed care health and compliance matters, including hospital liability defense, nursing home defense, commercial health disputes, HIPAA, and healthcare organizational issues.
He is a noted author, having published more than 50 articles and book chapters on health care law, cyber security, and insurance matters.
