Overview
Charles B. Bergin focuses his practice on labor and employment law, business litigation, general liability, and intellectual property law. He represents clients in federal and state courts across a range of commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Bergin advises employers on immigration-related matters, including H-1B visa applications for specialty occupation professionals and compliance with applicable U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requirements.
His experience also includes insurance litigation and coverage, entertainment law, immigration law, and multidistrict class action litigation.
