Overview
Charles B. Bergin focuses his practice on labor and employment law, business litigation, general liability, and intellectual property law. He represents clients at both the Federal and State level and in a wide range of commercial litigation areas.
Among his varied employment law work, Mr. Bergin assists employers with visa applications and compliance for professionals within the H-1B Specialty Occupations, under the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Mr. Bergin has a background in insurance litigation and coverage, as well as entertainment law, immigration law and multi-district class action litigations.
