Overview
Valerie Rodriguez practices in the firm’s insurance coverage and litigation group.
Ms. Rodriguez represents domestic and international insurers in coverage matters including employment wage and hour liability, errors and omissions (E&O), professional liability, directors and officers liability (D&O), data privacy, and financial matters.
Additionally, she conducts comprehensive insurance coverage analysis to identify and evaluate insurers’ obligations.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Rodriguez worked in insurance coverage and labor and employment law. During law school, she gained valuable experience through a legal internship at the New York Legal Assistance Group and a judicial internship at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
