Overview

Attorney Tiffany Moore-Silverman focuses her defense practice on general liability, professional liability, and employment law.

Ms. Moore-Silverman represents businesses and insurance clients in general liability matters including alleged construction defects, damage to premises, and automobile accident injuries. In her professional liability work, she defends healthcare professionals, accountants, lawyers, and homeowners’ associations in claims alleging breach of duty and malpractice. Ms. Moore-Silverman also defends employers in wrongful discharge suits, in employment agreements, and in claims of discrimination in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Moore-Silverman practiced general liability law handling products liability, construction defects, automotive, trucking, and transportation liability, and premises, and retail liability. Earlier, she served as Assistant Public Defender for the 9th Judicial Circuit in criminal justice law. During law school, she actively participated in mock trial teams, traveling, and competing across the State of Florida.
