Overview

Taylor White focuses his practice in employment law. He also handles a variety of cases involving personal injury, professional liability, complex contracts, premises and products liability, and construction defects. He represents clients’ litigation matters by providing counsel, handling mediation, arbitration, and through trial, in California state and federal courts, and before governing administrative bodies.

Mr. White represents a range of employers in allegations of wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims and claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, and in retaliation matters. This includes advising and litigating on the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) matters, and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Mr. White also defends in collective Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions.

In addition, Mr. White represents businesses and professionals that are accused of negligence, generally or in their professional capacity, helping both to navigate the litigation arena and achieve their desired results.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. White served as an associate for five years at a regional law firm where he handled a wide range of employment law matters. During law school, Mr. White served as a law clerk for two employment litigation firms, as well as at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
