Overview
Attorney Shiddhartha Uddin focuses his practice on labor and employment law.
He defends management in a range of industries in employment matters including those facing claims of wage violations, discrimination, as well as in other areas of employment litigation.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Uddin was a law firm associate in private practice, and served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department.
During law school, Mr. Uddin participated in the school’s interscholastic mock trial team and was a regional finalist in a national trial competition. He represented indigent clients facing misdemeanors in criminal court through the law school’s advocacy clinics. He also served as a managing editor of an academic journal.
Mr. Uddin is fluent in Bengali.
