Associate Samson Polovina practices law in the areas of general liability, professional liability, and insurance coverage and litigation.
Mr. Polovina advises insurers on policy matters including commercial crime, cyber liability, fidelity bonds, directors and officers liability, professional liability/errors and omissions, commercial general liability, and first-party property claims. He handles insurance coverage analysis disputes, monitoring and litigation.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Polovina worked for a prominent Midwest-based insurance defense firm, defending insurance carriers and self-insured parties in areas of general liability. He also represented individuals and businesses in commercial, real estate, and probate matters. During law school, Mr. Polovina was a member of the Billings, Exum & Frye and Evans moot court teams. He was a Dean’s List student and also received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy.
He is proficient in Spanish.
