Overview
Ryan Becker is an associate focusing his defense practices in employment law, professional liability, general liability, and commercial litigation.
In Mr. Becker’s commercial litigation work he handles business disputes, fraud, and business shareholder and real property matters, as well as contract negotiations, and for a range of business clients. He defends professionals including defending claims alleging breach of duty for homeowner’s associations and defends clients in the healthcare industry against a variety of claims including breach of duties, malpractice, and in contract disputes. In his employment law work, Mr. Becker defends business employers against claims of discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Becker was a trial attorney defending clients in liability injury actions, personal injury insurance defense, and criminal matters. He served as the Broward County State Attorney’s Office as Assistant State Attorney in both the felony and misdemeanor trials.
