Overview
Associate Noah Goldstein concentrates his defense practices in employment law, professional liability, and general liability coverage.
In his employment work, he represents clients in employment claims throughout the litigation process, for wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, and class collective actions suits.
In his professional liability work, Mr. Goldstein focuses on defending the professional licenses and careers of lawyers, accountants, and real estate professionals against claims of malpractice and misconduct.
Mr. Goldstein handles general liability insurance coverage work on behalf of insurers. He counsels clients throughout ongoing litigation for informed decision making in negotiations and settlement.
During law school, Mr. Goldstein served as extern at the California Court of Appeals, Writs Division, in Los Angeles, and an intern for the Los Angeles Criminal Grand Jury. He was an honors student, and a Moot Court category winner, a member of the Black Law Students Association, Psychology Honors Society, and is a proud Eagle Scout Awardee.
