Nicole Chaves

Overview

Nicole Chaves focuses her practice on insurance defense, labor and employment, health care and managed care, and commercial litigation.

In her insurance defense practice, she represents clients in the full insurance defense life cycle. Ms. Chaves conducts insurance policy review, negotiates coverage terms and settlements with national insurance carriers, and leads litigation for clients on first-party claims. Additionally, Ms. Chaves manages litigation matters including property damage, auto liability, homeowner policy insurance adjustments, and workers’ compensation. Ms. Chaves also conducts determinations of bad faith in claims processes, and the necessity of a civil remedy notices.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Chaves was a litigation attorney at a boutique law firm where she specialized in representing Plaintiff’s in bodily injury, premise liability and wrongful death claims.
