Overview

Natalie Blut focuses her practice in employment law and professional liability.

Ms. Blut defends employers across a broad spectrum of employment-related disputes, including claims involving wage and hour violations, workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. Her experience spans single-plaintiff actions, class actions, and PAGA matters. She also supports clients through pre-litigation strategy, including rebuttal letters, arbitration agreement enforcement, pleadings, written discovery, and motion practice.

In addition, Ms. Blut works on professional liability matters involving attorneys, accountants, and their firms in actions alleging professional negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Her work has included matters arising from family law, personal injury, and tax-planning representations, as well as the defense of homeowners’ associations facing fraud and negligence claims.

Ms. Blut first joined Kaufman Dolowich as a law clerk. During law school, she served as a summer law clerk for two law firms working in employment law and business law, and as a Judicial extern for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada.

Ms. Blut is fluent in Spanish.
