Overview
Kyle Platt focuses his defense practice in employment law. He has litigated cases in federal and state court, and through arbitrations.
Mr. Platt represents business employers and insurance carrier clients in defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), retaliation, and in wage and hour disputes. He provides counsel on employee relations and compliance with local, state, and federal laws and conducts internal investigations for sensitive employee relations issues.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Platt worked as an associate at two law firms handling labor relations and employment law. During law school, he interned at the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas and the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Additionally, he served as a university research assistant, and served as managing editor of his university’s environmental law journal.
