Overview
Kediejah Sullivan concentrates her practice in employment law, professional liability and general liability.
Ms. Sullivan defends against claims in employment matters including claims of negligent hiring and retention, and retaliation, and discrimination. In her general liability work, Ms. Sullivan defends homeowners’ associations (HOAs), property owners, and other management in premises liability cases involving commercial and residential properties.
Previously, she was a law clerk with Kaufman Dolowich, served as an extern for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, for her law school Investor Rights Clinic, and for the Office of the Miami-Dade Public Defender. Ms. Sullivan was a mentor to high school students from her law school’s Black Law Students Association Mentorship Program.
