Overview
Kayla Manning concentrates her law practice in professional liability, general liability, employment law, and commercial litigation.
She represents clients on a range of matters, including liability claims, business disputes, contracts, and policies. In her labor and employment practice, Ms. Manning assists private businesses dealing with disputes related to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other employment-related matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Manning was an associate focused on liability issues, including premises liability and automotive defense claims. Earlier, she served as a law clerk, helping with labor and employment disputes in both state and federal courts. During law school, she gained experience as a legal assistant, where she worked on commercial and residential real estate transactions and disputes.
