Joseph Turk focuses his practice on commercial litigation, corporate governance, general liability, and professional liability.
Mr. Turk represents directors, officers, and corporate entities in a range of transactions including governance disputes, shareholder actions, and statutory actions under Delaware corporate and alternative entity law. Additionally, Mr. Turk defends clients in breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract claims.
Mr. Turk advises on general and professional liability matters, including business interruption, third-party actions, claims of negligence, and breach of duty. He also has experience advising political campaigns on compliance and contract negotiation.
He was previously a corporate litigation associate in Delaware. Before starting law school, he worked in politics, serving on operations teams in The White House and U.S. Department of Commerce.
