Haruto Cheng

Overview

Haruto Cheng focuses his practice on insurance general liability, employment law, and general liability defense. 

Mr. Cheng represents clients in employment matters including wage and hour compliance and employment practices defense. He also defends management and insurance carrier clients in various general liability matters including property damage and construction defects claims.

Prior to Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Cheng was an associate and a law clerk at a law firm based in Newark, CA working on general civil litigation matters. During law school, Mr. Cheng was a law clerk at a tech company assisting in corporate and privacy law matters. He also served as a third-year law student Student Bar Association school representative and was the co-communication chair for the Privacy Law Student Organization.
