Overview
Graeme E. Hogan focuses his practice on consumer financial services and commercial litigation. Mr. Hogan has more than ten years of experience representing businesses, insurance carriers, employers, and individuals.
Mr. Hogan represents financial institutions and consumer financial services companies in all phases of litigation, including class action cases. He defends clients facing allegations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Mr. Hogan is also adept at assisting his clients in business and real estate disputes.
Mr. Hogan helps clients navigate and ensure compliance by reviewing and drafting policies, procedures, and training materials to mitigate risk under the TCPA, FCRA and FDCPA.
