Overview
Evan Dubow is an associate focusing his practice on financial services, commercial litigation, and professional liability. Mr. Dubow represents financial services professionals in securities arbitration claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA), as well as in state and federal court.
Mr. Dubow also represents financial service professionals in regulatory matters before FINRA, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and state regulators. In his professional liability work, he defends lawyers, accountants, and other professionals in malpractice and errors and omission claims.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Dubow worked at a large firm handling complex commercial litigation, professional liability defense and coverage matters.
