Overview
Eric Garcia focuses his law practices in professional liability, commercial litigation, general liability defense, and general liability coverage. He utilizes an analytical approach to find the best possible solutions to spare clients from costly or prolonged litigation.
Mr. Garcia defends clients in professional liability cases including claims of breach of duty and professional malpractice. He defends businesses and individuals in commercial litigation disputes and general liability matters. In his general liability defense work, Mr. Garcia defends against property and casualty claims. Additionally, he conducts coverage analysis on behalf of insurance carrier clients.
Just prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Garcia was a commercial litigator and employment litigator with two New Jersey law firms, and also previously served as a law clerk for the New Jersey Supreme Court. During law school he served as an judicial extern for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
