Overview
Attorney Delann Fraschetti Finch focuses her practice on consumer finance services, general liability, and employment law.
She advises on matters within the financial services industry, and works on general liability claims matters including business interruption and third-party actions including bodily injury allegations. In her employment law work she defends employers in businesses, and for insurance carrier employment matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, she served as an associate at a midsized Philadelphia law firm litigating general liability and medical malpractice cases.
During law school Ms. Fraschetti Finch worked as a law clerk for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, worked in healthcare and employment law as a law firm clerk, and served as a certified legal intern for a healthcare law clinic. She was also an active leader in various student organizations.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Ms. Fraschetti Finch is fluent in Spanish.
